Tribal Foundation Technique Class

A one hour intensive lesson focusing on the basic moves & getting your body moving to the tribal beat as we focus on drills to build your muscle memory. Ideal for those who are seeking an alternative to the gym or who may not be interested in performance. Typically two terms will be completed in this class before moving to the next level, so remember this dance takes time & practice of course helps :)

As this dance requires an understanding of our Basic dance language, every student is expected to join the Blossoms through this class - to give you the best opportunity to learn at ground level, and ensure a smooth transition in your dance journey - which is especially important if you've learned a different format previously. We're pretty friendly and questions are encouraged!
