Swedish Relaxation Massage

A relaxation massage is exactly what the name implies: a massage strictly for the purposes of rest and relaxation. This massage technique is not designed for therapeutic effects or for dealing with chronic pain or discomfort. It has the benefit to leave you feeling totally calm and stress free and in today's totally crazy world isn't that benefit enough? Swedish massage is one of the best known types of massage because of its general application. It was developed by a Swedish physiologist by the name of Henri Peter Ling at the University of Stockholm in 1812. At White Stone we like to mix things up a bit and so are not great fans of routine. We do though promise that you will leave the clinic feeling completely relaxed and ready for bed or at least a lazy day on the beach.
