Our great new farmer, Second Nature Organics are supplying their chef with the most amazingly fresh organic ingredients to make their new range of organic dips just for you.
Organic Nam Naga - an exquisite mint-based mild chilli paste that can be used as a dip or to baste fish or chicken. Marinate tofu or dollop into a stir-fry for a zesty touch. Add to fish, chicken stir fry for a Thai masterpiece.
Organic Sweet Chili Kaffir Lime Sambal - made with raw honey instead of white sugar makes it a healthier alternative. The kaffir lime gives it a blast of freshness complementing the heat from the chilli and is great as a dip by itself or with cream cheese. Also use as a baste for fish, chicken or tofu.
Organic Tzatsiki - made in true Greek with fresh local produce. Great as a dips platter with pita, cheese and meats. Try poured over a quiche or savoury tart, or a healthy salad dressing - try cherry tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber and onion.
