Chinese Dwarf Bamboo

Bambusa guangxiensis is a very interesting bamboo: it grows in a very bushy, tufting habit at each growth stage. It is wonderful for blocking out the neighbors next door as it is very dense and has lovely green leaves all year round. A great match for Malay Dwarf Variagated, although not related. It can be hedged to any height you wish or simply left alone. People often think this has been trimmed when it hasn't. Chinese Dwarf will also grow in pots - looks great on a balcony and will handle hot and windy contactions very well as long as it is well watered.
