Convection ovens

Bakbar Turbofan, Blue Seal and Waldorf Convection ovens are gas and electric ovens that are superior to traditional convection ovens.
They use low velocity convection cooking providing cooking time reductions of up to one third and lower cooking tempratures. These ovens have unique design features to make them suitable for space limited kitchens or the most demanding kitchen and have easy to clean enamel linings.
