Description
Gua Sha is an ancient therapeutic practice that some say began in Stone Age China, but it is little known in the Western world. It is a technique that involves cutaneous stimulation where the skin is pressured, in strokes, by a round-edged instrument; this results in the appearance of small reddish elevated millet-like skin rash look called petechiae, that will fade in 2 to 3 days.
